Actually I started on 1 August (a box was given from my friend). I feel not bad and give a random search from Instagram. And I found Pearlean. Although I haven't get anything from her at 1st, she is very patient and explaining more to me. I decided to give a complete set and enzyme from her 😬🥰 But after you guy have guided me, I will do the correct way starting today 🤣

I do both belts one after another. Not too bad. No significant weight lost. I stopped 2 times due to period within this month.

But I notice changes: my breasts are no longer super sore, before that was like sore everyday. Now like all okay. Period is also better although I don't use overian belt. First month I survive without panadol.

I am quite surprised at the amount I am dropping each day. I keep wondering is my weighing scale spoil!!

Enzyme tablets did tremendous well! I did a small testing using a bit of crushed tablet enzymes and drizzled on the cooked meat. Guess what, after 30 minutes, the enzymes literally soften n broke down the meat particles.
