Shipping policy
I have a mixture of ready stock and preorder items. How does Yangsenwithme ship my order?
We will split the order into 2 shipments. Ready stock items will be dispatched as per our usual processing timeframe and preorder items will be sent out when all stocks in the same invoice have arrived. This only applies for local orders.

Standard delivery option:
Delivery timings are between 9 am and 9 pm. After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

Express delivery option:
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.
If your order consists of a Preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the Preorder stocks have arrived. You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.
Orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination. The shipping fee may varies by destination, weight and the size of your order.
